Service Terms

Scope

A purchase authorizes only the package described and confirmed in writing. It does not authorize out-of-scope work.

Fit confirmation

Purchase reserves the package review. Substantive work begins only after intake and fit confirmation. If the submission does not fit, the customer may approve an alternative scope or request a refund under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Customer responsibility

Customers must have authority to submit files or share cloud-document access, retain backups, provide accurate context, and disclose dependencies.

Working copies

Young Enterprises may preserve the source and work on controlled copies. Customers retain their authoritative backups.

Macros and integrations

Scripts, links, APIs, and executable or connected features require assessment and may be refused or limited.

Limitations

Some problems depend on missing data, passwords, undocumented rules, unsupported features, external systems, or corruption.

Ownership

Customers retain submitted files and pre-existing content. Young Enterprises retains pre-existing methods, tools, code, and know-how.

Health Check follow-on credit

The $79 Health Check fee is credited once toward the recommended Young Enterprises repair project when the customer accepts that project within 30 days of Health Check delivery. The project must be performed by Young Enterprises. The credit cannot exceed the implementation fee, is nontransferable, has no cash value, and does not apply to unrelated future work.

Quick Repair

Quick Repair is a complete standalone service for one workbook or approved spreadsheet copy and one clearly defined cleanup objective within the confirmed bounded scope. New requirements, additional objectives, automation, scripts, unknown business logic, or larger work require separate approval and pricing.

Professional Assessment

A Professional Assessment provides written scope and recommendations. Most assessments are completed through secure intake and written clarification. A call is requested only when documentation is insufficient. The package does not include unlimited calls or ongoing consulting. Any implementation is a separate service quoted and approved before work begins.

Payments

Refunds and cancellations follow the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Taxes may apply when required.
