Refund & Cancellation Policy

Package-fit review

Purchase reserves the package review. If submitted work clearly does not fit before substantive review begins, the customer may accept an alternative scope or request a refund.

After work begins

Once substantive review, analysis, or implementation begins, completed work is generally non-refundable except where required by law or agreed in writing.

Health Check

The Health Check purchases professional diagnostic review and a written report. The $79 fee is credited once toward the recommended Young Enterprises repair project when accepted within 30 days of Health Check delivery. The credit cannot exceed the implementation fee, is nontransferable, has no cash value, and does not apply to unrelated work.

Quick Repair

Quick Repair is a standalone service for one confirmed workbook or spreadsheet copy and one clearly defined cleanup objective. One correction round is limited to the agreed scope. New requirements or additional files require a new quote.

Professional Assessment

The Professional Assessment purchases planning, scoping, and written recommendations. It is normally completed through secure intake and written clarification; a call is requested only when documentation is insufficient. Implementation and ongoing consulting are not included.

Review services

Health Checks and Professional Assessments are not refundable merely because repair or implementation is not recommended.

Cancellation

Email support@young-ent.com with the order reference. Processing time depends on Stripe and the financial institution.
