AI Power User Program completion

Certificates are issued by Young Enterprises after verified completion — not merely because materials were purchased.

Certificate of Completion. Eligible Digital Self-Study learners and licensed instructor-led or Team participants receive the standard digital certificate at no additional certificate fee after completing the defined requirements. It is a private professional-development completion record, not an academic degree, occupational license, accredited professional certification, college-credit award, or CEU award.

Young Enterprises centrally generates certificate IDs and verification records. Authorized instructors attest completion and submit rosters; they do not issue certificates independently.

Self-Study

Submit your completion record.

Use this form only after you have completed the defined Self-Study sequence and required Workbook activities. The final knowledge check is a short completion check, not the Controlled Assessment.

1. When an AI system produces a confident answer for a consequential decision, the best next step is to:

A. accept it if the wording is clear and detailed.

B. verify the material claims with appropriate evidence and keep accountable human review at the decision boundary.

C. ask the AI to repeat the answer until it is consistent.

D. automate the decision so human bias is removed.

2. Which statement best reflects the program's evidence standard?

A. A citation is enough to establish that a claim is correct.

B. The newest source always overrides every other source.

C. Evidence must be appropriate to the claim, authority, scope, freshness, and consequence involved.

D. Secondary summaries should replace primary sources because they are easier to interpret.

3. A tool is technically capable of sending a message, changing a record, or taking another external action. What follows from that capability?

A. Capability does not itself create permission or authority to act.

B. The action is authorized if it can be reversed.

C. The action is authorized if the AI recommends it.

D. Technical capability is sufficient when the task is routine.

4. A dependable AI-enabled workflow should primarily be designed around:

A. the longest possible prompt.

B. hidden automation so users do not have to review intermediate work.

C. one model and one fixed interface.

D. explicit outcomes, controlling context, evidence, review gates, exceptions, and accountable ownership.

5. When building a reusable context package, which practice is most appropriate?

A. include every available file so the model has maximum information.

B. preserve provenance and permissions, include controlling context, and avoid crossing access boundaries.

C. remove source references so the package is easier to reuse.

D. copy restricted material into a public repository if the model needs it.

6. Why should review depth vary by task?

A. Higher-consequence, less reversible, more uncertain work requires stronger verification and review.

B. Short outputs never require verification.

C. Review is necessary only when an AI system reports uncertainty.

D. Once a workflow has passed once, future outputs can be trusted without regression checks.

7. After identifying a defect in an otherwise accepted workflow or document, the preferred repair strategy is to:

A. rewrite the entire artifact to make everything stylistically consistent.

B. ignore the defect if the overall result is useful.

C. apply the smallest safe repair, protect accepted content, and verify that the correction did not introduce regressions.

D. change the acceptance criteria so the existing output passes.

8. A research process has found several sources supporting the expected conclusion. What should happen before treating the conclusion as well grounded?

A. stop immediately because multiple sources agree.

B. search for credible disconfirming evidence, exceptions, superseding information, and scope differences, then reconcile what survives.

C. ask the AI to summarize only the supporting sources.

D. discard older primary sources even when they remain controlling.

9. Which is the strongest responsible-use rule for automation?

A. automate every repeatable step, including final approval.

B. let the AI decide where human approval is needed.

C. remove evidence capture after a workflow becomes stable.

D. automate methods where appropriate while preserving human or specialist gates at consequence and authority boundaries.

10. What does the AI Power User Program Certificate of Completion establish?

A. The named participant completed the defined program requirements; it does not create an academic degree, occupational license, or accredited professional certification.

B. The holder is authorized to issue Young Enterprises credentials.

C. The holder may perform regulated professional work without additional qualification.

D. The holder passed every controlled certification assessment used by Young Enterprises.

Responsible-use commitment.

I will preserve accountable human judgment for consequential decisions; verify material claims against appropriate evidence; respect privacy, permissions, confidentiality, and data-handling boundaries; use specialist or accountable-human review when consequence, law, policy, uncertainty, or safety requires it; not treat automation or tool access as authority to act; and disclose important uncertainty or limitations when they affect a decision.

Instructor-led & Team

Submit the authorized completion roster.

The named facilitator confirms completion for licensed learners. Young Enterprises reviews the roster and generates the official certificates centrally.

Use the approved roster columns: participant name, completion date, delivery method, instructional hours when applicable, instructor, source reference, completion flags, responsible-use agreement, and optional preallocated certificate ID.

Issuance boundary

Completion is recorded. Authority is not conferred.

The certificate confirms completion of the defined AI Power User Program requirements. It does not grant professional licensure, accredited certification, evaluator authority, credential-administration authority, or permission to perform regulated work.
